How to contact support?

Registered clients can contact help-desk in the following steps:

  1. Login to your account on https://my.kastervo.cloud/clientarea.
  2. Click "Support Tickets" on the left portion of the screen.
  3. Click "Create new".
  4. Select the department you want to contact and fill the inquiry details.
What payments do you accept?

Currently we accept PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Do you accept individual customers?

KASTERVO services are sold exclusively to commercial end customers and the public sector.

How can i login to my account?

You can login to your account by visiting https://my.kastervo.cloud/clientarea.

How can i connect to my KASTERVO® Virtual Private Cloud (KVPC)?

Connections to KASTERVO® Virtual Private Cloud (KVPC) are made with VPN.

What operating systems can be installed on a KASTERVO® Compute Instance (KCI)?

We offer the following default templates for operating system installation to KCI:

  • Windows Server 2022 Datacenter
  • Debian 12

Customers can contact help-desk to request a different operating system for their KCI.

Can i decrease the storage volume assigned on a KASTERVO® Compute Instance (KCI)?

No. Decreasing KCI storage volumes can cause data loss. You have the choice to migrate your workloads on a new KCI with smaller storage volume.

How many VLAN's can i add on my KASTERVO® Virtual Private Cloud (KVPC)?

We do not impose restrictions the amount of private VLAN’s clients have on their KVPC.

Do you charge for private VLAN's and reserved IP addresses?

No. KASTERVO does not impose charges on RFC 1918 IP addresses and internal VLAN's.

Do you charge for egress and/or ingress traffic?

No. KASTERVO does not impose charges on either egress or ingress traffic.

How can i cancel my subscription?

You can request subscription cancellation through your account over at https://my.kastervo.cloud/.

How long my data is retained once i cancel my subscription?

If you request your subscription to be canceled your data will be deleted within 24 hours.

If you let your subscription to expire your data will be deleted after 30 days from the expiration day.
